Bio: Reeves shares, "Here comes 40. I'm feeling my age and I've ordered the Ferrari. I'm going to get the whole mid-life crisis package." Reeves made $3,000 in his first film Youngblood (1986). He worked in some other films for the next few years until the unexpectedly successful 1989 comedy, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, along with its 1991 sequel, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, which typecast Reeves as a sweet-natured teen. He had many successes through the 1990's including: Point Break, Speed, The Devil's Advocat, and The Matrix. In 2000, Reeves starred in The Replacements. In 2003, Reeves came back with the sequel to The Matrix: The Matrix Reloaded and the third film The Matrix Revolutions. He earned $15,000,000 + 15% of the gross for EACH of these films. What a difference in salary!
